Hi and Welcome to My Site

My name is Kent Walker, I am an Australian living in South Australia, born September 6th 1969.

We are taught that good mental health starts with being able to talk about things in your life, well often we do not have someone to talk to or as a male we tend not to talk about things, we tend to bottle them up, this is especially true if you were raised in my era, boys were taught that men do not cry, men do not break down, men do not need to talk about their problems they should just be strong.

I started this blog site as a means to share my life, I figured there may be one person out there interested to read through the site, but more importantly I am doing this as a means to get things off my chest.

To learn more about me simply go ahead and look through the site, I am 100% honest on this site so if you are mentioned and do not like what you read keep in mind, this site is about my life and how I view events in my life, you may not like or agree with my views, that is your right, my right is to have my own opinion.

And yes, I do not take good photos, a better looking person would, I like these pics because they were taken in my favourite place (Rome) and that pizza was amazing!
